the resort had a beautiful design with wood accents it gave a gentle feeling

i found the staff english communication skills lacking also there was no phone in the room i stayed in

Inconsistent service. Overpriced stay

untrained staff slimy pool

The resort location was acceptable. It had a pretty beach.

the staff seemed untrained, and i frequently had to ask multiple times for basic requests. the pool was cloudy and felt slimy. the villa had very basic amenities for the price, and overall, it didn't feel like a 5-star resort experience at all.

dirty mats plastic straws

the gym was subpar it had dirty mats and no cleaning spray was available i found this unacceptable there were also lights around the villa that i couldn't turn off staff said they were automatic even when it was early they stayed on this detail annoyed me finally plastic straws were used which is the opposite of eco-friendly i expected better.

The villa had a large private pool. It was very relaxing. the hotel app was helpful for spa bookings and room service. the gym featured modern equipment.
